Job summary

Life Skills Autism Academy is seeking exceptional Behavior Technicians to provide ABA therapy in 1:1 and small group settings under the supervision of a BCBA. Candidates must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification and meet employer training timelines.

Responsibilities include data collection, implementation of behavior intervention plans, parent coaching, and maintaining safety and documentation. The position offers a pay range of $16–$23 per hour, with opportunities for growth and

Qualifications

• RBT certification required or willing to complete 40-hour training and sit for competency exam within 45 days of employment.
• Willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications and TB test if not current.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50lbs and lifting/sitting on the floor as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings.
• Follow behavioral protocols and data collection for progress monitoring.
• Assist with parent and caregiver training in line with treatment plans.
• Maintain documentation on time and ensure safety and environment is clean and organized.
• Communicate progress to BCBA/BCBA supervisor and caregivers as required.
