Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Production Supervisor CEM at the Holly Hill Cement Plant in SC to oversee daily operations, maintain safety standards, and ensure quality outcomes. The role requires supervising process and hourly staff, coordinating with lab and quality teams, and using SAP for work orders and time entry.

You will monitor process controls, review lab results on clinker and cement, take corrective actions, and help manage equipment inspections and budget-aligned costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Industry related field.
• 3–5 years in manufacturing operation.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Maintain continual observation of operation of processes and monitor control system readings.
• Supervise process and hourly employees and collaborate with lab technicians.
• Ensure quality and environmental ISO standards are met.
• Review laboratory test results and coordinate with quality control to ensure consistent product quality.
• Take corrective actions and report production problems with recommended solutions.
• Inspect operating equipment and manage costs in line with the plant budget.
• Utilize SAP for work orders, time entry, and material requisitions.
• Maintain good housekeeping in assigned areas.
• Work rotating shifts as required.
