Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Production Supervisor at the Hagerstown Cement Plant MD to oversee daily plant operations, run heavy equipment, and ensure quality and safety standards are met. You will coordinate with Maintenance, Distribution, and QA to meet KPI targets and deliver consistent production.

Eligible candidates typically have a technical degree and at least 5 years in a supervisory role within heavy industry, with strong communication skills and proficiency in SAP/Maximo.

Qualifications

• Associates/College Degree required with progression in technical field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years related experience with supervisory responsibility.
• Strong computer skills with MS Office and manufacturing software.

Responsibilities

• Start-up, normal operation, and shutdown of production systems.
• Operate equipment and perform preventative maintenance as required.
• Perform quality checks to ensure compliance with specs and maintain inventory levels.
