Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. seeks a Production Supervisor CEM at the Holly Hill Cement Plant in South Carolina.

You will supervise hourly staff, coordinate with lab technicians, and ensure safe, compliant operations that meet ISO standards and product quality requirements. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in manufacturing-related field and 3-5 years of manufacturing experience, with proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing/Engineering is required.
• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing operations.
• Knowledge of processing methods and planning techniques; proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly and process employees and coordinate with lab technicians.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with safety, quality and ISO standards.
• Take corrective actions and report production issues with recommended solutions.
• Inspect operating equipment to maintain production targets and reliability.
• Utilize SAP to issue work orders, track material, and log time entries.
• Help control costs to align with the plant budget; identify efficiency improvements.
• Maintain good housekeeping in assigned areas; work rotating shifts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
