Amrize North America Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Planner II, CEM at the Holly Hill Cement Plant in South Carolina.

The role focuses on improving maintenance efficiency by delivering detailed, technically-specified work plans for complex projects and coordinating with contractors and service companies. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of required experience or at least 8 years of equivalent experience with HS Diploma / GED.
• Field of Study Preferred: Mechanical Engineering
• Required Work Experience: 5 years
• Required Technical Skills: Microsoft Office
• Travel Requirements: 10%

Responsibilities

• Implement complex and larger scale maintenance plans in the MMS (MAC/SAP) from work identification through planning, scheduling and execution.
• Maintain accuracy of maintenancemaster data: part numbers, BOMs, work order history in the MMS.
• Ensure equipment maintenance strategy for predictive and preventative maintenance is realized in daily/weekly/monthly plans.
• Add pertinent information to work orders to clarify scope, prep work, and sequences for repairs.
• Forecast costs for parts and supplies for each work order and communicate to maintenance management.
• Coordinate with procurement and warehousing for non-stock parts and materials.
• Lead annual budgeting and monthly forecasting for maintenance spending.
• Promote safety and environmental policy compliance in all work environments.
