Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Production Supervisor at our Ada cement plant to lead daily operations, ensure safety, quality and cost controls. You will supervise process and hourly staff, coordinate with lab and quality teams, and use SAP for work orders and requisitions.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of manufacturing supervision experience, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and proficiency with Excel. This role requires rotating shifts and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3–5 years of aggregate manufacturing experience required.
• Field of Study preferred: Manufacturing.
• 3–5 years of work experience in manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor operation of processes via control system readings and visual checks.
• Supervise process and hourly employees and collaborate with lab technicians.
• Ensure quality and environmental ISO standards are met.
• Review laboratory results to maintain consistent product quality.
• Use SAP to issue work orders, requisitions and time entries.
• Coordinate shifts and maintain safety and cost controls.
