Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Maintenance Planner II, CEM to improve maintenance efficiency across projects at Holly Hill Cement Plant SC. You will create large-scale maintenance plans with detailed job plans, specifications, parts lists and safety procedures, coordinating with teams and ensuring readiness before scheduling.

Relocation assistance is provided for candidates outside the area. The role emphasizes preventive/predictive maintenance strategies and cost forecasting, with a strong focus on safety

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of required experience or 8 years of equivalent experience with HS Diploma / GED.
• Field of Study Preferred: Mechanical Engineering.
• Required Work Experience: 5 years.
• Required Technical Skills: Microsoft Office.
• Travel Requirements: 10%.

Responsibilities

• Implement more complex and larger scale plans in the Amrize MMS (MAC/SAP) across maintenance activities.
• Maintain accuracy of maintenance master data (part numbers, BOMs, work order history) in MMS.
• Ensure equipment maintenance strategy is realized in daily/weekly/monthly plans.
• Add pertinent information to work orders to clarify scope and required preparations.
• Forecast costs for parts and supplies for each work order and communicate to management.
• Coordinate with procurement and warehousing for nonstock parts and materials.
• Lead annual budgeting and monthly forecasting for maintenance spending.
• Promote health, safety, and environmental policies in all work environments.

Education

Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of required experience

HS Diploma / GED with 8 years equivalent experience
