Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Maintenance Planner II, CEM at the Holly Hill Cement Plant in SC. You will manage complex maintenance projects, develop detailed job plans, and work with teams to ensure preparatory work is completed before scheduling.

Relocation support is provided for candidates outside the region. The role emphasizes accurate master data maintenance, cost forecasting for parts, and collaboration with procurement to ensure timely, safe maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience or 8+ years with HS Diploma/GED.
• Field of Study: Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and execute complex maintenance projects in MMS (MAC/SAP).
• Maintain accurate master data: part numbers, BOMs, work order history, etc.
• Ensure equipment maintenance strategies for predictive/preventive maintenance are followed.
• Prepare detailed job plans with scope, prep work, downtime and durations.
• Coordinate with procurement and warehousing for nonstock parts.
• Lead annual budgeting and monthly forecasts for maintenance spending.
• Promote safety and ensure health/environmental policies are followed.
