Pierre Fabre Pharmaceuticals US is building a new US division focused on rare diseases and oncology. We are seeking a Clinical Therapy Director (CTAD) to lead pre- and post-approval efforts for allogeneic cell therapy Tab-cel, guiding disease awareness, stakeholder engagement and onboarding at leading institutions.

You will work in a start-up like environment, collaborating across medical, market access and commercial teams to accelerate access and optimize patient journeys, with up to 70%

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree; 10+ years in biopharma with cell/gene therapy experience.
• Ability to navigate complex matrix environments and convey complex treatment modalities.
• Sales experience in ultra-rare diseases.

Responsabilidades

• Lead disease awareness efforts and develop relationships with clinical and non-clinical experts.
• Manage onboarding for launching allogeneic cell therapies and drive access.
• Collaborate across medical, value and access, and cell therapy operations to support launches.
• Drive demand and cross-functional support post-approval.
