Pierre Fabre Pharmaceuticals US is seeking a highly experienced Cellular Therapy Director (CTAD) to drive the launch of Tab-cel Ebvallo in the US. You will lead disease awareness, build relationships with clinical and non-clinical experts, and develop strategic account plans across transplant centers to enable patient access.

This senior role requires 10+ years in biopharma, deep knowledge of cell/gene therapy, and successful account management in ultra-rare diseases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 10+ years in biopharma.
• Deep expertise in cell or gene therapy service lines.
• Experience in a collaborative, complex matrix environment.
• Ability to convey complex treatment modalities with scientific aptitude.
• Sales experience in ultra-rare disease, CGT preferred.
• Ability to handle business information per laws and policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead disease awareness and onboarding for Tab-cel Ebvallo in pre-approval.
• Develop territory business plans with KPIs and tactics.
• Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams for launch readiness.
• Educate physicians on disease severity, unmet need, and standard of care.
