Job summary

Pierre Fabre Laboratories seeks a high-impact Cellular Therapy Director to help launch our US division focused on rare diseases and oncology. You will build relationships with clinical and non-clinical experts, drive disease awareness, and onboard sites for allogeneic cell therapy.

In pre-approval, you’ll map the patient journey, educate physicians, and develop site account plans. Post-approval, you’ll drive uptake, collaborate cross-functionally, and support sites in delivering Tab-celEbvallo

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• At least 10 years of biopharma experience.
• Deep expertise in cell or gene therapy service lines.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate a collaborative, matrix environment.
• Ability to understand complex treatment modalities and convey them clearly.
• Sales experience in ultra rare disease, CGT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead disease awareness and onboarding strategies pre-approval.
• Develop relationships with clinical and non-clinical experts to understand unmet needs.
• Post-approval, drive appropriate utilization and support patient access.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure efficient customer experience.
• Manage territory business plans with account-specific KPIs.
