Job summary

Pierre Fabre is building a new US division focused on rare diseases and oncology. The Cellular Therapy Director (CTAD) will lead disease awareness, onboarding, and cross-functional execution for Tab-cel Ebvallo in the US market.

The role requires 10+ years in biopharma, deep cell/gene therapy expertise, and strong account management capabilities. Remote work with significant travel supports a strategic, high-impact launch in a dynamic start-up environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• At least 10 years in biopharma industry
• Deep expertise in cell or gene therapy service lines
• Experience in collaborative, matrix environments
• Ability to convey complex treatment modalities

Responsibilities

• Lead disease awareness and stakeholder engagement during preapproval
• Onboard and launch allogeneic cell therapy at sites of care
• Develop territory account plans and cross-functional collaboration
• Educate physicians on disease burden, unmet need and therapy value
• Promote Tab-cel Ebvallo post-approval with aligned materials
• Travel within US up to 70% for coverage and support
