Job summary

CareDx is a leading precision medicine diagnostics company focused on transplant, oncology, and cell therapy. The Cell Therapy Account Manager will drive adoption and growth of AlloHeme and related testing, partnering with transplant centers, hematology-oncology practices, and academic medical centers across the US.

Responsibilities include strategic account management, clinical education, onboarding, and cross-functional collaboration to implement testing programs and optimize workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years sales or strategic account management experience in healthcare.
• Proven ability to sell clinically within hematology-oncology.
• Experience with blood and marrow transplant, cell therapy, or CAR-T programs preferred.
• Experience selling into large academic medical centers, cancer centers, hospitals, and complex healthcare systems.
• Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder decision-making environments with physicians, lab leadership, admins, procurement, and operations.
• Experience with healthcare contracting processes; LSAs or related agreements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of customer needs and workflows to expand adoption of CareDx Cell Therapy & Transplant solutions.
• Educate providers on clinical value of AlloHeme; address advanced clinical questions with Medical Affairs as needed.
• Lead onboarding and activation for AlloHeme and other testing solutions; establish ordering and reporting workflows.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive adoption and growth across territories.
• Support contracting activities and removal of adoption barriers with internal stakeholders.
• Identify and engage key stakeholders; build trusted partnerships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain robust sales pipeline and territory plan; forecast opportunities and track milestones.
• Collaborate with Clinical Liaison, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Operations to drive customer success.
