It also supports reconciliation and reporting for programs like Sourcewell and acts as a backup to order processing. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of experience, and strong skills in Excel, Access, and SQL, with excellent written and verbal

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience required.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using Excel, Access, and SQL for data analysis.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate credit and debit requests from dealers and internal users.
• Analyze requests for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Ensure complete documentation and dealer understanding of policies.
• Reconcile and report customer incentive programs.
• Represent Kenworth on IT projects related to the CDMA system.
• Maintain desk procedures and training materials.
• Serve as backup to the Order Processing Administrator.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
