Kenworth Division of PACCAR is seeking a Sales Analyst to support the Credit Debit Memo Application (CDMA). The role reviews requests from dealers and internal users for debits and credits; ensures accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales analytics or related role.

Responsibilities

Coordinate all activities related to credit and debit requests from dealers and internal users.
Analyze incoming credit and debit requests for accuracy and compliance with policies.
Reconcile and report customer incentive programs.
Represent Kenworth on IT projects related to maintenance and improvements to the CDMA system.
Maintain desk procedures and create training materials for others assisting with credit processing.
