Cura of Willmar is seeking a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or a candidate pursuing CDM to lead our dietary department. The role emphasizes staff development, education, and maintaining high standards of food safety and resident dining experiences.

Qualifications

• CDM certification preferred or actively pursuing CDM.
• Experience leading dietary staff in healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily dietary department operations to ensure nutritious meals and a positive dining experience for residents.
• Supervise, mentor, and educate dietary staff.
• Provide ongoing staff training on food safety, sanitation, and infection control.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and facility policies.
• Oversee meal preparation, presentation, and dietary modifications per resident needs.
• Manage food ordering and inventory.
• Maintain accurate dietary records and regulatory documentation.
• Collaborate with nursing and other departments to meet nutritional needs.
