WM is seeking CDL drivers to operate heavy-duty trucks for waste collection, transfer, or recycling. You will manage pickups of containers that can weigh over 1,000 pounds, navigating tight spaces and high-traffic roads with skilled backing maneuvers.

Responsibilities include safe vehicle operation, regular inspections, reporting incidents, and completing end-of-day records. A valid CDL with air-brake endorsements and English proficiency are required, along with pre-employment screening.

Qualifications

• Must have CDL Class A with air-brake endorsement or CDL Class B with air-brake endorsement.
• Able to read, write, and speak English well enough to interact with the public and complete records.
• Complete pre-employment screening including drug screen and physical.

Responsabilités

• Operate CDL truck per Safety/Life Critical Rules, and DOT requirements.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and document checks.
• Notify supervisor of incidents or service interruptions.
• Complete end-of-day paperwork and routing documentation.
• Assist other drivers to meet customer needs and maintain route efficiency.
