WM (Waste Management) seeks experienced CDL drivers for heavy-duty vehicle operations across residential, commercial and roll-off routes. The role emphasizes safety, timely pickups, and accurate reporting, with growth opportunities through training and career progression.

Drivers will perform pre- and post-trip inspections, navigate congested roadways, and back vehicles in varied environments while maintaining high standards of customer service and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak English well enough to interact with the public.
• Ability to complete records or reports and participate in pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Operates heavy-duty trucks following safety rules and DOT regulations.
• Performs pre- and post-trip inspections and documents checks.
• Notifies Operations Manager/Dispatch of incidents or service interruptions.
• Backs up with highly skilled maneuvers in residential and commercial environments.
• Loads, transports and unloads waste containers and ensures site cleanliness.
