Job summary

WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a Commercial Driver to operate heavy-duty trucks with front or rear end load lift attachments. The role involves picking up waste or recyclables, handling containers over 1,000 pounds, and transporting to disposal or recycling facilities while navigating traffic and performing precise backing maneuvers.

Responsibilities include safety compliance, pre/post-trip inspections, reporting issues, and coordinating with Dispatch and Route Manager to optimize routes.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a CDL vehicle is required.
• Ability to perform pre- and post-trip inspections and document checks.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy-duty trucks with appropriate lift attachments.
• Ensure safety and compliance with DOT/OSHA rules and company policies.
• Maintain clean, properly docked containers and accurate service records.
• Communicate service issues and customer requests to Dispatch or Route Manager.
