Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country in Montana is seeking a Route Sales Trainer to develop and coach the sales team across delivery, customer service, and operations. You will lead onboarding for new employees and provide ongoing training to maximize sales performance while upholding brand standards.

As part of the Sales Team, you will monitor training effectiveness, create performance reports, and collaborate with Managers to drive growth, route coverage, and compliance across all market

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Marketing.
• Two years hands-on business management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Active Class A CDL and ability to operate a tractor-trailer.
• Willing to travel 10–20% and work weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities
