Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country in Montana is seeking a Route Sales Trainer to lead onboarding and ongoing development of our sales, delivery, customer service and sales operations teams. You will train, coach and evaluate performance across all routes and accounts to maximize growth and ensure brand standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Business or Marketing, strong math and analytical skills, and experience with Microsoft Office and Margin Minder.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/Marketing.
• Two years hands-on business management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with Margin Minder preferred.
• Strong math skills to analyze profits, margins and retail economics.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop sales team members across sales, delivery, customer service and sales operations processes.
• On-board new employees and provide ongoing development and coaching.
• Monitor training effectiveness and implement best practices.
• Collaborate with Sales Center Manager and District Sales Manager on market trends and growth strategies.
• Create reports on performance observations for management.
