• Skilled in identifying and resolving record discrepancies for regulatory compliance
• Experience in conducting research to verify and update records
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) for data management and reporting

Responsibilities

• Research, evaluate, and update CDL and driver history records to ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations
• Assist in resolving duplicate pointers through the SPEXS system
• Maintain accuracy of driver history records and support REAL ID readiness
