Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.

• Must have a valid VA Driver’s License with a safe driving record (<6 points, no major convictions).

• Ability to lift 10–25 pounds.

• Perform liability audits on customer transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Review entries in automated systems and flag critical errors for follow-up.
• Log findings using an automated tracking form to maintain service standards.
