Rumpke of Ohio is seeking Residential Rear Load Drivers to service customers by collecting waste and recycling. You will operate various truck types along assigned routes, ensuring safety and compliance while maintaining accurate logs.

Ideal candidates hold a valid Class B CDL with a DOT Medical Card, are at least 19, and can pass pre-employment tests. The role involves night and weekend work as needed and excellent customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class B CDL.
• Must have a valid DOT Medical Card.
• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• No more than 3 moving violations within the last 2 years.

Responsabilités

• Provide trash or recycling removal services to customers, safely and compliantly.
• Enter/exit the truck roughly 300-500 times per day on the route.
• Interact professionally with customers and colleagues to deliver excellent service.
• Maintain route and driver logs; conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Deliver containers and replace receptacles at curb or designated areas.
