Job summary

Qualifications

• Waste industry experience is a plus.
• Must have valid DOT Medical Card or able to obtain prior to hire.
• Must be at least 19 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide trash or recycling removal services to customers.
• Conduct pre-trip/post-trip inspections and complete logs.
• Maintain and update route & driver log sheets.

Skills

Ability to read and understand a map

Ability to enter/exit the truck approximately 300–500 times per day

General knowledge of truck mechanics

Good written and verbal communication skills

Education

High School diploma or General Education Diploma (preferred)
