Job summary

Rumpke Waste & Recycling in Ohio is seeking a Class B CDL driver to provide safe trash and recycling collection, operating a waste truck on assigned routes and delivering service to residential and commercial customers.

You will perform pre-trip inspections, maintain logs, and interact professionally with customers. The job requires outdoor work in varying weather, ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and willingness to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL and DOT Medical Card.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• No DUI/OVI in recent years and limited moving violations.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide trash or recycling removal services safely and compliantly.
• Routinely enter/exit the truck 300-500 times daily.
• Replace receptacles at curb or designated area.
• Inspect pre-trip and post-trip logs and update logs.
• Interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
• Maintain and clean the truck and packer area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
