Job summary

Rumpke Waste & Recycling is seeking a Residential Rear Load Driver to service customers with waste and recycling collection. You will operate multiple routes, perform pre/post trip checks, and interact professionally with customers while maintaining vehicle cleanliness.

The role requires a valid Class B CDL, DOT medical card, and the ability to work nights or weekends. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand a map.
• Good written and verbal communication with customers.
• Physical stamina for repetitive movements and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Provide trash or recycling removal services to customers safely and efficiently.
• Routinely enter/exit the truck 300-500 times per day on the route.
• Operate various types of trucks and service multiple routes.
• Maintain route and driver log sheets and perform pre/post trip inspections.
• Interact professionally with customers and ensure cleanliness of truck.
