Job summary

Rumpke is hiring Residential Rear Load Drivers in Ohio to service customers and haul waste/recycling to disposal sites. Responsibilities include operating various trucks, maintaining logs, and delivering professional customer service on assigned routes.

Candidates must hold a valid Class B CDL with a current DOT Medical Card, be at least 19, and pass pre-employment testing. Sign-on bonus of $5,000 is offered along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a valid Class B CDL.
• Must have a valid DOT Medical Card or be able to obtain before hire.
• Must be at least 19 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide trash or recycling removal services to customers, safely and compliantly.
• Routinely enter/exit the truck 300–500 times per day depending on route.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain logs.
• Interact professionally with customers and internal staff; provide good service.
• Maintain and update route and driver log sheets and keep truck clean.
