Job summary

Rumpke Waste and Recycling in Mansfield, OH is seeking a Roll Off Driver. You will service customers, haul waste and recycling, and keep safety and truck cleanliness as top priorities.

Responsibilities include pre-trip inspections, route logging, dispatch communication, and delivering excellent customer service. A valid Class B CDL, DOT Medical Card, and ability to work nights and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class B CDL.
• DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain before hire.
• At least 19 years old with clean driving record.
• Ability to read and speak English well for safety training and directions.

Responsibilities

• Operate roll-off truck safely in compliance with regulations and policies.
• Enter/exit truck, hook/unhook containers, and secure loads.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain logs.
• Communicate with dispatch for additional work orders and routes.
• Interact professionally with customers and maintain truck cleanliness.
