Job summary

Rumpke Waste & Recycling in Ohio seeks a Front Load Driver to service commercial customers on assigned routes, dumping front-load containers and hauling waste or recycling to disposal sites. CDL required and safety-focused operations are essential.

The role includes daily route maintenance, pre/post-trip inspections, and professional interaction with customers; some nights and weekends are expected, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• 1-2 CDL truck driving experience preferred.
• Front Load truck driving experience preferred.
• Must have a valid Class B CDL.

Responsibilities

• Operate trucks to provide trash or recycling removal on assigned routes and/or work orders.
• Dump front-load containers into trucks and haul to disposal site.
• Maintain and update route sheets.
• Conduct daily pre-trip/post-trip inspections and complete DVIR logs.
• Interact professionally with internal and external customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
