Job summary

Rumpke Waste & Recycling in Circleville, OH, seeks a Residential Rear Load Driver to service customers, haul waste/recycling, and follow safety protocols. You will operate trucks on routes, perform pre/post inspections, and maintain accurate logs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and understand a map to follow routes.
• Frequent entry/exit from the truck (300–500 times per day).
• Excellent truck driving and maneuvering skills.
• Good written and verbal communication with customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Provide trash or recycling removal services on assigned routes.
• Routinely enter/exit the truck 300–500 times daily.
• Move containers within enclosures or at curbside as needed.
• Keep driver logs and route sheets updated.
• Conduct pre/post trip inspections and report issues.
• Interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
