Job summary

WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a Commercial Driver to operate heavy-duty trucks and provide pick-up service for waste and recyclables. You will maneuver containers, transport material to disposal or recycling facilities and perform precise back-up maneuvers.

You will follow Safety and Life Critical Rules, complete DVIRs, report issues, and coordinate with Route Manager to improve route efficiency. The role requires a CDL (A or B with air brake), clean driving record, and eligibility to work in

Qualifications

• Education: Not required.
• Experience: 1 year of CDL driving within the last 7 years.
• CDL A or B with air brake endorsement.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Acceptable driving record.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• DOT drug screen, physical, and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy-duty truck per safety rules and DOT requirements.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections.
• Report unsafe conditions to Route Manager.
• Attend required trainings.
• Back up and park with skilled maneuvers.
• Ensure containers are dumped and area cleaned.
• Communicate customer requests to Dispatch.
• Complete end-of-day documentation.
