Job summary

WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a Commercial Driver to operate heavy-duty trucks with front or rear end load lift attachments for waste collection. You will pick up containers, transport to disposal or recycling facilities, and navigate busy roads. Backing maneuvers and strict adherence to safety rules are essential.

Requirements include a CDL A or B with air brake endorsement and at least 1 year of CDL driving in the last 7 years; must be 21+. Competitive benefits and PTO are provided.

Qualifications

• CDL required (A or B) with air brake endorsement.
• 1 year of CDL driving experience within the last 7 years.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Operates vehicle in accordance with safety rules and DOT requirements.
• Performs pre- and post-trip inspections and documents checks.
• Alerts Route Manager or Dispatch about unsafe situations or issues.
• Backs up and maneuvers heavy-load containers at customer sites.
• Maintains route efficiency and proper container placement on properties.
