Job summary

WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a Roll-Off Driver to safely operate a heavy-duty truck, load and transport large containers, and support disposal or recycling facilities and customer locations. The role requires CDL, 21+ age, and adherence to safety and DOT rules.

Responsibilities include pre/post-trip inspections, reporting issues, and coordinating with Route Manager to optimize routes while maintaining a positive work environment outdoors and on industrial sites.

Qualifications

• CDL is required.
• Applicant must be 21 years of age.
• Class A or B CDL with air brake endorsement is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs pre- and post-trip inspections of assigned equipment.
• Operates vehicle in accordance with safety rules and DOT requirements.
• Reports unsafe situations or service issues to Route Manager/Dispatch.
• Assists in improving route efficiencies and best practices.
• Notifies Route Manager of incidents, service interruptions, or hazards.
• Completes customer tickets and documents end-of-day checkout.
