Job summary

Waste Pro USA is hiring Front Load Drivers to operate refuse collection vehicles on pre-assigned routes. You will perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, load containers, and transport waste to disposal sites while maintaining safety and accuracy in records.

The role requires a CDL, a clean driving record, and ability to communicate effectively in English. You will engage with customers professionally, follow schedules, keep the truck clean, and participate in ongoing safety training.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A or B valid for the state of the position.
• Safe driving record required.
• Ability to understand DOT policies and procedures for commercial vehicles.
• English language skills for communication and paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Service commercial sites by front load pickup and container emptying.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and standard truck checks.
• Complete route sheets, mileage, fuel, logs, and vehicle reports.
• Communicate professionally with customers and document issues.
• Operate and maintain truck cleanliness and basic maintenance.
• Follow route schedules and safety procedures to ensure efficient pickups.
