Job summary

WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a Commercial Driver to operate heavy-duty trucks for waste collection in New Bedford, MA. You will perform pre- and post-trip inspections, back up with precise backing maneuvers, and ensure containers are emptied and the site is clean after service.

The role requires a CDL A or B with air brake endorsement, is 21+, and includes DOT drug screens and background checks. You will interact with dispatch and route management to optimize routes.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience operating a vehicle requiring a CDL within the last 7 years.
• Able to meet DOT medical and safety requirements.
• Must have acceptable driving record and be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Pre-employment DOT drug screen, physical and background checks will be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy-duty trucks with front load lift attachment in accordance with safety and DOT requirements.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and document checks.
• Report unsafe situations or service issues to Route Manager or Dispatch.
• Dump containers completely and leave customers' locations clean and free of debris.
• Complete end-of-day documentation and checkout as directed.
