Job summary

Waste Pro is hiring a Front Load Driver to operate refuse collection vehicles on pre-assigned routes, perform pre/post-trip inspections and deliver courteous service to customers. You will load, unload, and dump waste containers, while maintaining safety and route efficiency.

Candidates must have a valid CDL (Class A or B), be at least 21, and maintain a safe driving record. The role emphasizes reliable performance and adherence to DOT regulations, with competitive daily duties and opportunities

Qualifications

• Must have a Class A or B CDL valid for the state in which the position works.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Understand refuse collection policies and DOT/state requirements for operators of CMVs.

Responsibilities

• The Front Load Driver services commercial businesses by picking up Front Load Containers.
• Empties containers using levers and may move cans onto the truck; transports waste to a local landfill.
• Completes route/productivity sheets, mileage, and vehicle condition reports as required.
• Communicates professionally with customers and maintains a courteous, prompt service level.
