Job summary

WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a Commercial Driver to operate heavy-duty trucks with front or rear end load lift attachments. You will perform pick-ups of containers, ensure safe loading, and navigate busy streets to service routes efficiently.

Responsibilities include pre- and post-trip inspections, reporting safety issues, and supporting Route Manager to improve route performance. Candidates must have a CDL A/B with air brake endorsement and be 21+ years old.

Qualifications

• CDL required with 1 year of experience? (not mandatory)
• CDL class A or B with air brake endorsement
• DOT/OSHA compliance knowledge
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• Pre-employment DOT drug screen, physical and background check

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy-duty trucks with front or rear end load lift attachment
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections
• Report unsafe situations to Route Manager or Dispatch
• Back up with highly skilled maneuvers in traffic
• Move and stage containers and ensure site cleanliness
