Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Source candidates using ATS databases, referrals, and outreach.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications and fit with CDL requirements.
• Verify driving records, compliance with DOT/State/Company requirements; document thoroughly.
• Coordinate assessments, conduct in-depth interviews, and evaluate driving skills and history.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to select candidates and extend offers; negotiate packages.
