The role offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped bonus, with top performers earning above $100k and earning potential increasing through successful hires.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, HR, Logistics, or similar.
• Strong communication skills and comfort on the phone.
• Organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and systems navigation.
• Bonus: experience with Workday, Indeed, Tenstreet.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for CDL drivers, dock workers, and support roles.
• Source candidates using job boards, databases, and outbound outreach.
• Screen applicants and conduct phone interviews.
• Make 30-50 outbound calls and handle 15-20 inbound calls daily.
• Track candidates and activity in ATS/HR systems.
• Keep pipelines full and hiring managers supported.
