Job summary

Central Transport seeks an entry-level Recruiter at its Warren, MI headquarters to recruit CDL Drivers, Dock Workers, Maintenance Technicians and more. You will handle sourcing, screening and final interviews with a fast-paced, aggressive mindset.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related fields, strong tech skills and excellent communication. Base pay is competitive with potential earnings up to $300 per hire and room to grow within the logistics sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, management, operations or transportation.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with recruiting software is a plus (Workday, Indeed, Ten street).

Responsibilities

• Full life cycle of recruiting and staffing for CDL Drivers, Dock Workers and other roles within your region.
• Reviewing applications and qualifying candidates.
• Sourcing, screening and conducting final interviews.
• Maintaining 30-50 outbound and 15-20 inbound calls per day.
• Internal Data Maintenance utilizing the company’s HRIS and ATS.
• Daily administrative functions as needed.
