No experience required; this is a strong entry point into recruiting, HR, or operations. Expect a base salary plus uncapped bonus; top earners above $100k and earnings up to $300+ per hire are possible.

Qualifications

• :Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, HR, Logistics or related field.
• :Strong communication skills and comfort on the phone.
• :Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
• :Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• :Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and systems navigation.
• :Bonus: experience with Workday, Indeed, Tenstreet.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for CDL drivers, dock workers, and support roles.
• Source candidates using job boards, databases, and outbound outreach.
• Screen applicants and conduct phone interviews.
• Make 30–50 outbound calls and handle 15–20 inbound calls daily.
• Track candidates and activity in ATS/HR systems.
• Keep pipelines full and hiring managers supported.
