Central Transport is hiring a Driver Recruiter (Entry Level) in Warren, MI to manage full-cycle recruiting for CDL drivers, dock workers, and support roles. You will source candidates, screen applicants, and conduct phone interviews, making a high volume of outbound and inbound calls daily in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped bonus, with top performers earning above $100k and earning potential increasing through successful hires.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, HR, Logistics, or similar.
• Strong communication skills and comfort on the phone.
• Organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and systems navigation.
• Bonus: experience with Workday, Indeed, Tenstreet.

Responsabilités
