Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related fields, strong tech skills and excellent communication. Base pay is competitive with potential earnings up to $300 per hire and room to grow within the logistics sector.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, management, operations or transportation.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft applications.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with recruiting software is a plus (Workday, Indeed, Ten street).

Responsibilities

Full life cycle of recruiting and staffing for CDL Drivers, Dock Workers and other roles within your region.
Reviewing applications and qualifying candidates.
Sourcing, screening and conducting final interviews.
Maintaining 30-50 outbound and 15-20 inbound calls per day.
Internal Data Maintenance utilizing the company’s HRIS and ATS.
Daily administrative functions as needed.
