Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess a class A CDL or CLP prior to entering job classification.
• Must have acceptable MVR per hiring standards.
• DOT regulatory requirements satisfaction under 391 FMC regulations.
• Ability to count and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractor-trailer including doubles and straight trucks.
• Perform pre-trip, post-trip, and inter-trip safety inspections.
• Hook/unhook trailers and converter dollies to/from a tractor and/or trailer.
• Perform freight handling using motorized and manual equipment including forklift and pallet jack.
• Secure freight inside trailers using pallets, straps, and rope.
• Recoup/repair damaged freight and complete required reports.
