Qualifications

Must possess a class A CDL or CLP prior to entering job classification.
Must possess acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) based on hiring standards.
Must meet all DOT regulatory requirements under 49 CFR 391.

Responsibilities

Operate tractor-trailer, including doubles/straight trucks.
Perform pre/post/inter-trip safety inspections of equipment.
Hook/unhook trailers and dolly connections as required.
Handle freight using powered or manual equipment.
Secure freight inside trailers with pallets, straps, or rope.
Complete required documentation and reports.
Communicate with Dispatch about delays or issues.
Provide internal/external customer service.
Assist on-road driver duties when needed.
