OATS Transit is seeking drivers to serve seniors, individuals with disabilities, and rural communities in Missouri. You will operate mini-vans, Ford Transits, or a wide-body bus, ensuring safe transport, assisting riders, and performing routine vehicle checks.

This role uses a company tablet for trip details and requires adherence to DOT regulations. Minimum age 23, CDL or Class E license with clean driving record, and ability to pass DOT and random drug testing.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 23 years old.
• CDL Class E license with <=4 points is required.
• Must pass a DOT physical and road test.
• Must pass drug screening and random testing.
• Must be bondable and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Drive with care and courtesy to all riders.
• Assist riders on/off the bus and secure mobility devices.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues.
• Complete required paperwork and submit to regional office on time.
• Attend routine paid training and comply with company rules.
