American Driver LLC is hiring Class A drivers for a dry van fleet operating within a defined zone across 27 states in the central/southern U.S. You’ll be home every 2–3 weeks, with weekly earnings between $1,200 and $1,800 depending on experience and miles driven.

New CDL grads earn $800/week during training, then transition to solo work after orientation. Freight is drop-and-hook with live loads, dispatch day and night, weekends required, and you can bring a rider and one dog after training.

Job description

We are hiring Class A drivers in Carter County and southern Oklahoma for a dry van fleet that runs like OTR but stays inside a set zone: 27 states from Colorado east, with no New England. You are home every two to three weeks, and solo drivers average $1,200 to $1,800 a week. If you just finished CDL school, you train first and earn $800 a week while you learn. If you already have 6 months or more of recent experience, you go solo right after orientation.

Five facts about this seat

1. The pay is real. $0.50 to $0.72 per mile based on verifiable experience. Drivers run 1,800 to 2,400 miles a week. $15 for each stop except the first and last. Paid every week by direct deposit.

2. Your first months are protected. For 3 months after your first solo dispatch, your check will not drop below $1,000 a week.

3. The map has edges. No West Coast, no New England. Freight is drop and hook, preloads, live loads and live unloads. Day and night dispatch. Weekends are worked, and you can ask for holidays off.

4. You get your own truck. An assigned late-model truck, about 1.5 years old on average, automatic or 10-speed. You can bring an approved rider and one dog under 40 pounds once training is done.

5. Training is paid from day one. After a recruiter reviews your license and record, you go to orientation for two days at most. Your hotel is covered, your bus ticket is paid back, and orientation pays $300 once you are hired. Then 3 to 5 weeks with a mentor, about 200 to 250 hours, at $800 a week.

With 6 months of OTR experience in the last 12 months, you skip the mentor and start solo after orientation.
