Job summary

American Driver LLC is seeking West Metro OKC drivers for long-haul positions west of the Mississippi. Training is paid at $800 per week, with a guaranteed $1,000 per week for the first 3 months solo, then $1,100 to $1,200 per week. Expect 2,100 to 2,400 miles weekly and weekly direct deposit.

Qualifying requires 21+ with a Class A CDL; new CDL holders need 120 hours of CDL school or 6 months recent experience. Home time is every two to three weeks.

West Metro OKC drivers: open-road miles west of the Mississippi, paid training if you are new.

Long hauls, open roads, no East Coast traffic. New CDL-A holders welcome.

What you earn

• Paid $800 a week in training
• $1,000 a week guaranteed for your first 3 months solo
• $1,100 to $1,200 a week once solo
• 2,100 to 2,400 miles a week
• $15 per stop except the first and last
• Weekly direct deposit

Your week

Western lanes, long lengths of haul, drop and hook and live freight. Home every two to three weeks.

New CDL? Here is the path

• Call: we check your license and record with you first. No surprises later.
• Orientation: up to 2 days, hotel covered, bus fare reimbursed, $300 once hired.
• Training: 4 to 6 weeks one-on-one with a mentor, paid $800 a week.
• Solo: your own assigned truck, fleet average about 1.5 years old. For your first 3 months solo, your pay will not drop below $1,000 a week.

Nervous about your first driving job? Fair.

• "How often will I see home?" Every two to three weeks.
• "Will one ticket disqualify me?" Not by itself. Up to 2 moving violations in the past 2 years is accepted.
• "What if I have a problem on the road?" Loads are planned for you, and your driver leader picks up the phone.
• "Does my CDL school count?" If it was 120 hours or more, yes.
• "What if my first solo weeks are slow?" You still get at least $1,000 a week for your first 3 months solo.

To qualify

You must be 21 or older with a Class A CDL. New drivers need at least 120 hours from a CDL school; otherwise, 6 months of recent experience. We accept up to 2 moving violations in the last 2 years and no DUI/DWI in the last 10. You will also pass a DOT physical and a hair and urine drug test.

Once you pass 30 days
