American Driver LLC is offering a brand-new CDL training track with mentoring and paid instruction. Trainees run OTR east of Denver and stay out of the Northeast, with weekly pay during training and a guaranteed $1,000 per week for the first 3 months solo.
Once solo, pay ranges from $1,200 to $1,800 per week, with 1,800 to 2,900 miles per week and $15 stop pay. Training includes orientation, hotel covered, and a reimbursement for bus fare.
Most carriers want a year of experience. Here, 120 hours of CDL school is enough to start. You train with a mentor, then run everything east of Denver and stay out of the Northeast.
OTR lanes east of Denver, no Northeast. Drop and hook, live loads, live unloads and preloads. Out about two weeks, then home. Dispatch answers 24/7.
You must be 21 or older with a Class A CDL. New drivers need at least 120 hours from a CDL school; otherwise, 6 months of recent experience. We accept up to 2 moving violations in the last 2 years and no DUI/DWI in the last 10. You will also pass a DOT physical and a hair and urine drug test.
Full medical, dental, vision and prescription coverage, a 401(k), an employee stock purchase plan, paid vacation, yearly raises, and a free online degree for you and one family member. Pets and riders are allowed; trainees can bring a dog once training is finished.
Equal Opportunity Employer. All qualified applicants are considered regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, or protected veteran status.
